The location of this cruise is perfect! Not only does it take you to stunning places like Titop island and private beach areas, but it also avoids the overcrowded areas with hardly any other boats around. the room was cozy and comfortable, with a well-maintained bathroom that had great water pressure and hot water. the staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable about the region. the breakfast was delicious and filling, with high-quality food and drink options. Lastly, the scenic view from the deck is breathtaking, providing an unforgettable experience.

The snack options were limited and could be improved to cater to different drink choices.

The boat crew was outstanding, providing great meals and generous service. The boat was beautifully decorated and clean, creating a more intimate atmosphere. The cruise visited less touristy places, offering a better experience without crowds. The boat manager, Chuyen, provided extra information about Vietnamese culture at each stop. The staff, including the chef, were incredible and kept guests constantly satisfied with amazing dishes. Exciting activities like sunrise tai chi were offered during the cruise. The staff made special efforts to celebrate guests' birthdays.

The crew on the ship were amazing, and always provided us with great meals that were very generous. We also got up early to do Tai Chi and watch the beautiful scenery go by, which was simply unforgettable. Our stay was tranquil and the bay was very steady, which was a plus for someone like me who is prone to seasickness. the activities offered were not too strenuous and allowed us to relax and take in the breathtaking views.

It was sometimes difficult to sleep due to some sounds coming from the ship's exterior. the bed was quite hard, and didn't leave us feeling refreshed in the morning.

secret halong cruise exceeded our expectations. the boat was clean, deluxe room was spacious with a nice shower. activities were enjoyable and the staff, especially our tour guide linh, were excellent. the food and service were fantastic. overall, a great experience!
